What Win the Match stores about you, and the reasons. Last updated 19 October 2026.
What we store
- Account: your email, player name, a hashed version of your password, the date you joined and the IP address that sign-up came from.
- Play: every run with its timings and score, the points ledger, daily bonuses, and cash-out requests including the email they go to.
- Support tickets: whatever name, email and message you send, plus the IP address it came from.
Why we store it
To operate your account, add points, block fraud and double accounts, send cash-outs and answer you. We do not sell data and we run no third-party advertising.
Who receives it
PayPal or the gift card supplier receives what it needs to complete a cash-out; officials only when legally required.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie, which holds your login and guards our forms. Fonts, styles and scripts are hosted by us, so no outside service is called.
How long we keep it
While the account stays active, then only for the period our bookkeeping and anti-fraud obligations require.
Your rights
To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, email support@winthematchh.com from the address on your account.
