Payout Policy
How points on Win the Match become dollars. Last updated 19 October 2026.
What a point is worth
1,000 points equal $1.00, and every cash-out is settled in US dollars.
Minimum and amounts
The minimum payout is 10,000 points ($10); anything above that is paid in whole $1 amounts.
Payout methods
- PayPal — sent to a PayPal account that is in your own legal name.
- Digital gift card — we email the code; the retailer behind it may differ.
Review time
Every request is checked by a person, normally within 1–3 business days. The Cash out page shows where yours stands.
First payout
Your first request can be made once 24 hours have passed since sign-up, and we might confirm who you are before paying it.
Request rules
- Requested points are deducted straight away, which stops them being spent again.
- A single request may be pending review at once.
- Should a request be turned down, its points are refunded in full and we tell you why.
- A request that breaks the Terms may be rejected.
